What we collect. Typically name, email address, and anything you include in a message or intake form (for example organization details or project context).
Why we use it. To respond to your inquiry, follow up by email or phone as you request, and—if you become a client—to provide agreed services. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal bases (GDPR). Where EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for optional marketing, and on our legitimate interest (or performance of a contract, where relevant) to respond to your request and manage the relationship.
Retention. We keep form and email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records (generally up to twenty-four months for initial inquiries unless a longer period is required by law or ongoing work). You may ask for earlier deletion where the law allows.
Processors. Email delivery may use a provider (for example Postmark or similar). Those vendors process data on our instructions and under appropriate agreements.
